Dan Becker and the Tourists

We're not from around here! Roots rock,
funky folk, jammin' alt. blues. Elements of southern
fried, jazz, folk, and rock blended together to form
a genuine, authentic form of Americana.

Singer/ songwriter/ guitarist Dan Becker has been
playing in the Chicago area for over 25 years.
Dan has played in rock, folk rock, country, blues,
jazz and R&B bands. His guitar styles draw on Eric
Clapton, Mark Knopfler, Jimi Hendrix, Eric Johnson,
and Mike Stern.

Dan's current band of Tourists include Glenn Hampson (accoustic guitar),
Gene Desavouret (bas), and Steve Sweigart (drums, percussion).

Dan's solo acoustic sets include songs from his CD
mixed with traditional fiddle tunes played on guitar.
